The management software, CyberAudit, tracks when a CyberKey is dispensed and when it is returned to a vault. All vault and key activity is managed by CyberAudit management software and can be viewed by system administrators.

CyberKey Vault
The CyberKey Vault is a key cabinet designed to program and dispense up to 20 keys. The keys are stored in the secured vault in an unprogrammed state until an approved PIN or RFID card is presented.

CyberKeys
The Programmable smart keys are used to access cyberLocks. Keys issued to users are programmed with their unique access permissions. Keys can he programmed to access over 5,000 locks eliminate the need for key rings.
- Keys record the last 12,000 authorized and denied access events in memory.
- Key memory stores access schedules and a list of locks it can open.
- Each CyberKey is manufactured with a unique ID that cannot be changed or duplicated.

CyberAudit
User-friendly software platform used to manage the CyberLock system. Assign keys, set expirations, add new cylinders, monitor staff and contractors, create access schedules, and generate audit trails &custom reports.
- Create and view custom audit reports on access activity and create automatic email notifications on specific events.
- Administrators can create customized access
schedules. - The software can be accessed through web browsers on desktops, laptops, smartphones, or tablets.
